A message From Nurse Fetch:
Vision to Learn will perform vision screenings for all students in grades 6-12 and provide eyeglasses, with no out of pocket cost*, to any child who could benefit from corrective lenses.
Screenings will take place on Thursday, September 26, & Friday, September 27, in the nurse's suite. The Vision to Learn mobile clinic will be on site, October 7, 9, 10, 11, for your child to be examined by an Optometrist and Optician. The eye doctor will prescribe eyeglasses and the student will choose a frame they like. In about 3-4 weeks, Vision to Learn will return to the school to deliver the eyeglasses and make sure they fit correctly. *Please note that vision services provided will be billed to your Medicaid benefits.
